The room was amazing! I loved the super comfy bed and the fact that I could easily connect my laptop to the TV for some late-night Netflix. The city view from my room was stunning and made me feel like a real city slicker.

I wished there were more options for views from the room.

Great location - 5 min walk to Mall of the Emirates or Uber available almost immediately. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and soft pillows. Amazing self-service laundry facility for long-term travelers. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with a wide variety of food options

The hotel had excellent amenities, including a gym and pool, clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was very convenient, with nearby access to the metro and a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides complimentary WIFI and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, as well as a 24-hour business center. The flexible conference rooms with natural daylight and complimentary WiFi were ideal for my business needs.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room for private discussions and meetings.

Hilton Garden Inn staff were very accommodating and let me check out late without any problem. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help.

The hotel location is great, with supermarkets nearby and just a quick walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice furnishings. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any requests.

The breakfast could use some improvement, with limited choices and sometimes long delays for seating.

The breakfast buffet spread was a delightful surprise, especially for my little one who devoured more than I could imagine. The kids' amenities were a hit, but the complimentary breakfast for children stole the show. It felt like a treasure hunt for delicious pancakes, fruit, and all the good stuff.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it's near The Mall Of The Emirates and nestled between two metro stations. The atmosphere was lovely, especially since it's situated by the Walk area which is much nicer. The room amenities were fantastic with a separate tub and shower, flat-screen TV and mini-bar. I especially appreciated the quick and courteous room service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay here was comfortable and memorable.

This place truly exceeded my expectations! From the leisure spa & wellness center to the live entertainment, this hotel had everything I needed under one roof.

Delicious food and drinks at the sports bar. Great facilities including pool and fitness center. Kids get complimentary breakfast and there are amenities for them too. Multilingual staff make you feel at home. Convenient for shopping at Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall.

I just love being forced to use the hotel car instead of a regular taxi! Very annoying!

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a stone's throw away from the mall and public transportation. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were accommodating, and the breakfast spread was tasty. And a small shop next to the reception was a bonus.

The dedicated Kids Welcome and Kids Breakfast experience made our children feel special and well-catered for. The concierge service and tour desk were incredibly helpful in arranging family-friendly activities, and the free WiFi throughout the property was convenient for keeping everyone entertained. The complimentary beach shuttle made it easy for us to access the sand and surf, adding to the enjoyment of our family holiday.

My wife says that having a kids' play area within the hotel premises would have been a great addition for families with children.
